The participants start their EULiST Student Conference by arriving to the accommodation location’s reception area, where they will meet the organizing teams. The participants will have to read and sign that they agree to the code of conduct, as well as the consent for photography and videography during the conference, after which their registration will be complete.
The participants will then receive their own name tags, the room number assigned to them, packed lunch, and their room key.
After checking-in, depending on the time of arrival, the participants will either attend the conference session, relax at their rooms, or have the opportunity to explore the city.
The ideal check-in times are 13:00-18:00. Any person arriving earlier or later needs to inform the organizers either via email on sc2026@vut.cz or on the WhatsApp community chat.
