We will kick off the week with an informal welcome evening focused on interactive “get to know” activities designed to help you meet as many participants as possible in a fun and relaxed environment. The programme will include bingo and a variety of simple group activities aimed at breaking the ice and encouraging natural interaction between everyone.
The event will take place in an accessible outdoor or indoor venue (depending on the weather), and no preparation or materials are required – just come as you are. All activities are easy to follow and designed to be inclusive, so everyone can participate regardless of language level or previous experience. Participation is voluntary, and you are free to join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere from the very first day of the conference, help you get to know each other quickly, and set a positive tone for the rest of the week.
