About this Session

This interactive workshop invites students to critically assess Diversity & Inclusion initiatives at their home universities, with a focus on their visibility and real-world impact. Through guided benchmarking exercises, participants will evaluate existing measures, identify strengths and gaps, and reflect on how inclusive practices are communicated and perceived. The session encourages exchange across institutions, enabling students to share experiences, learn from one another, and co-develop ideas for improvement. At the same time, the workshop aims to strengthen awareness and sensitivity in diversity work, empowering participants to contribute to more inclusive and equitable university environments within the EULiST network.
