What is a European University Alliance ?
European University Alliances are partnerships between universities across Europe, supported by the European Union. Their goal? To reshape the future of higher education in Europe.
Connect students, researchers, and staff across countries.
Create joint programmes, shared campuses, and innovative teaching methods
Promote mobility, multilingualism, and inclusion.
Imagine being able to study in different countries, learn from international professors, and work on global challenges with fellow students from all over Europe — all within a single, unified academic community.
There are more than 60 alliances like this today. and EULiST is one of them.
So when you take part in this Student Conference, you’re also stepping into a new model of European education.
The EULiST Student Board : Voice of the Students, Engine of the Future
The EULiST Student Board (SB) is the official voice of students within the EULiST Alliance – European Universities Linking Society and Technology. Made up of passionate student representatives from each member university, the SB plays an active role in shaping the alliance’s vision and priorities.
While not in charge of organizing the Student Conference directly, the SB is its original spark: it carries the idea, champions its values, and ensures that the event remains deeply rooted in the European student spirit.
Led by elected delegates and a dedicated Chairing Team, the Student Board:
represents student interests at the highest levels of EULiST governance
contributes to cross-university working groups and collaborative projects
drives forward student-led initiatives like the EULiST Student Conference.
Fuelled by the diversity of its members and the shared ambition to build a stronger, more connected Europe, the EULiST Student Board is a hub of dialogue, innovation, and student-driven change
Meet the EULiST Student Conference Committee: The driving force behind the Conference
At the heart of the EULiST Student Conference is a team of passionate students from across Europe – the SC Committee. Representing each of the ten partner universities, this diverse group has worked together for months to shape this unique and impactful European experience.
With backgrounds ranging from engineering to humanities, the SC Committee combines creativity, organization, and vision to make this conference a space where ideas meet opportunities. They are behind everything: from the academic content and guest speakers to social activities and local partnerships
Why does it matter?
Because this conference is made by students, for students. The SC Committee ensures that every participant’s voice is heard, and that the event reflects the values of engagement, inclusion, and collaboration that define the EULiST alliance.
